Postdoc Position in Jain Studies

I am pleased to announce a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Jain Studies at the Department of Asian Studies, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, held under the Kalpana, Haresh, Dhwani and Jeet Jogani Endowed Chair in Jain Studies.

The fellowship is open to scholars working in any area of Jain Studies, with a preference for Jain philosophy. It is initially awarded for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to three years. The position begins in October 2026.

The deadline for applications is July 31, 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to online interviews in August 2026.
